Biographic information:

Dr. Jerry H. Green, chief economist and general counsel for the company, holds a doctor's degree from the University of Southern California (U.S.C.) and also a degree cum laude from U.C.L.A., in the fields of law and economics, respectively. 

He is an attorney and economist who advises businesses, and emphasizes money-market transactions including interest rate swaps, mergers and acquisitions; venture capital transactions; debt and equity financings and strategic investments.  

He has been initiated into the Honor Society in Economics and has passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination.
